Es una gratísima experiencia, única, llena de mucho aprendizaje, donde se cocina a través del corazón completamente, nos nutre el corazón, el cuerpo y alma. Es un grupo muy lindo donde aprendemos muchas alternativas a nuestra cocina diaria y la transformación que le podemos dar a que sea una cocina muy sana. Los invito a que no se lo pierdan.

Ha sido una de las mejores experiencias que he tenido, no solo aprendes sobre cocina, de nutrietentes, lo que le hace bien a tu cuerpo, cómo utilizar un cuchillo, aprendes mucho más que eso, todos estábamos en todas partes del mundo y todos teniamos algo que aportar. Aprendí a perderle el miedo a la cocina.

“I came across the The Seed Lives during the first weeks of the quarantine, first I started watching, until one day, I decided to cook along... I had no previous cooking interest, but being locked up with my family I was concerned with what to eat daily.. so I cooked that Live, and then the next and my family was loving the result, so after that I joined the first cooking program, and to my surprise I was cooking amazing, healthy options, I was learning cooking techniques, I was having a good time, I was making new friends and I was experiencing with so many new flavours.
